1) Dispatch Time:
-
We can dispatch the goods from India
in three months’ time after confirmation
of order. However in case the client gives us
a programme for garments or fabric, we can dispatch
in 4-6 weeks’ time.
2) Transit Time: -
For FCL it is normally between 4-6
weeks for European destinations by sea. For
LCL it may take 1-2 week longer. In case we
make the garments in our Delhi Unit, the transit
time is lower and for some European destinations,
it is only 20 days.
3) Mode of Dispatch: -
We can dispatch the goods by Sea or
Air as per the requirements of our clients.
By sea we can send FCL (Full Container Load)
– 20 feet/40 feet or LCL (Less than Container
Load).
4) Terms of Dispatch:-
We dispatch the garments on FOB basis
or CIF basis as required by our clients.
5) Payment:
The normal payment terms are by Irrevocable
Letter of Credit.
6) Customized Garments: -
We make work-wear as per the design
and style of our customers only. The fabric
which we use is also as per the technical specifications
given by our clients.
7) Development of New Fabrics: -
In case our client needs some special
fabric, we make all efforts to develop the fabric
as per the specifications of our clients.
8) Minimum Quantity: -
We need to make a minimum of 2000 meters
of fabric in one color. As such we need a minimum
order for about 1000 –1500 garments in
one color, depending upon the consumption of
fabric in the ordered items.
9) Imported fabric & accessories:
-
Normally we use fabric & accessories
made in India. However in certain cases, if
our client requires, we import fabric and accessories
from Europe, China, and Taiwan etc.
10) Fabric supply by the Client: -
If our client wants to supply the fabric,
we can make garments on CMT basis, also (Cutting,
Making and Trimming.)
11) Printing & Embroidery:-
We do all types of printing (Heat embossing,
transfer printing, Screen printing etc.) and
embroidery on the garments.
12) Packing:-
We normally pack each garment in a
Poly-bag and 20-25 garments in an export quality
Cardboard box. However, if required, we can
arrange special packing as per the requirements
of our customers. If required we can send the
garments in wooden pallets and the cost is charged
to the client.
13) Samples and Prices: -
If a client needs a sample and/or prices,
he can send us the full technical details by

In case a sample is required, it is better if
the client sends us an original sample.
If we have similar fabric in stock or the client
needs the sample in any available fabric we
can send our counter sample by courier along
with the prices in 10-12 days time.
However, if the fabric is not in stock, the
dispatch of sample will depend upon the time
taken for acquiring/making the similar fabric.
