Each Individual is critically evaluated based on his/her performance. This is a very objective way of assessment & this HR module is incorporated in our Oracle System. As such, a worker on the machines in the factory has an opportunity to rise up & become a factory manager through various stage of progression.
We want to emphasize that this whole system of evaluation is a very objective one based on the performance data collected from the shop floor level.
Furthermore people working in the office & contributing indirectly to the purchases are also critically evaluated & have an excellent opportunity to rise up the hierarchy through sheer objectivity.
